1. Click on File > Options.
2. Then click on Advanced.
3. In the advanced menu option, scroll down to "Show document content" and make sure "Show field codes instead of values" is unchecked.;
4. Press Save.
Once you do that, the end result should appear as below:
If the "Show field codes" was set to On when you generated a hyperlinked citation, changing the hyperlink will still show the following:
