Why aren't my cases showing up in my collection?
If you've just downloaded a case and you don't see it in your Collection in Microsoft Word, here's what you can do:
Refresh your cases within your collection using the Refresh icon
Refresh your collections using the Refresh icon from the source selection screen
Log out and log back in - this refreshes your library.
Log out, close all Word documents you have open, reopen and log back in. This should do a complete reset of your library so you're sure to get a full list of all your cases.
