CiteRight may encounters issues during the initial installation for two main reasons:
- An antivirus software is blocking the installation files from being saved on the computer.
- System admin privileges are required to complete the install. This is only an issue when you are part of a larger office that has a dedicated IT administrator.
Solutions to complete installation:
- Reach our to your IT department
- Disable the antivirus software during installation only. Re-enabling it after the installation will not affect the use of CiteRight.
