CiteRight Next for Word
We’re excited to announce the immediate availability of CiteRight Next, a fully redesigned and enhanced version update built on an entirely new platform. With a refreshed user interface, CiteRight Next delivers another huge boost to law firm productivity and efficiency with powerful new citation editing controls. Generating court and firm-compliant tables and books of authorities has never been faster or easier.
New Features
[NEW for Next] Legislation Compatibility
CiteRight’s enhanced Legislation Feature provides litigators with a streamlined way to save, cite, and manage legislative references—now with the added ability to create a compilation of legislation (often referred to as “Schedule B” in Ontario). Users can collect precisely the excerpts they need from statutes, regulations, or by-laws and assemble them into an appendix for their written arguments. This improvement eliminates the cumbersome process of manually copying and pasting long legislative texts, making CiteRight an even more comprehensive solution for legal drafting.
[NEW for Next] CiteSense
CiteSense automatically scans legal documents in Microsoft Word, identifies plain-text legal citations, and seamlessly integrates them into the CiteRight workflow. It matches citations to cases in the user’s library or the Jurisage database and transforms them into CiteRight-formatted citations that can be managed and cited effortlessly.
[NEW for Next] Mac Compatibility
Now, for the first time ever, the full capability of CiteRight can be used on a Mac!
[NEW for Next] Global Custom Citations
Custom citations are now created and stored at the collection level and can be viewed on the web application and used in multiple documents. This allows users to create custom collection sets of references and insert them in multiple documents without copying and pasting.
