If you observe a spinning Loading message that does not disappear when attempting to save a case, your session may have timed out. In that case, log out by pressing the logout button, then log back in to resume saving your case.
If after you've logged out, and upon logging back in you still observe the Loading message, please contact customer service as the case may contain an incompatibility or that we simply do not support the site just yet. Press the question mark icon to be directed to our help desk where you may submit a request.
