When you receive a Word document with CiteRight citations and click on one of those citations, you may see this error message in your side panel.

This occurs when the author of that document has a CiteRight account from a different organization.
You will still be able to view the document and all the references. However, since the external organization does not share the same research provider as your own, their saved cases will not appear in your library. To add a case, you will have to save it yourself. Either use the link provided in this message to open the source and save, or find it on one of the supported databases (CanLII, WestLaw, QuickLaw).
